Introduction of low-e glass film remving machine
HANJIAMG LOW-E film removing machine can detect glass size, thickness automatically and delete LOW-E film as per set and achieves excellent shape removing with high precision and efficiency.
Hanjiang's low-e film removal machine uses Schneider PLC control system, and 8-axis servo motors are used for rotation of conveyor belts (4), left and right movement of suction cups (1), rotation of grinding wheel, up and down movement of grinding wheel, and 90-degree rotation of the grinding wheel (3). The transmission part is 100% driven by high-precision synchronous belts and servo motors. From the transmission and positioning of the glass to the movement of the grinding wheel, precise control by the servo motor can ensure that the low-e film removal precision is controlled within +/-0.5mm.The system can automatically detect the length and height of the glass, and can also remove the film multiple times within the range of 10-150mm according to different film widths. It only requires inputting the film width on the touch screen. The automatic grinding wheel trimming function can be regularly adjusted based on the usage of the grinding wheel, which helps the grinding wheel achieve the optimal surface flatness to effectively remove coatings. Depending on production requirements, continuous or intermittent film removal can be selected.
